The two-year term of the student representative to the FASU executive Committee expired at the March 2021 General Assembly. Unfortunately, the secretariat did not receive any duly nominated candidates for the position from member NUSFs. The assembly therefore resolved that nominations be called afresh.

Therefore, this is to call for the nomination of candidates to the post of Student Representative on the Executive Committee by filling and returning the student application form. As per Article 9.8 of the FASU statutes, Student representative shall be the Head of the students’ committee, ensuring full representation of the student views at the executive committee. He/She shall be a student in the context of participation regulations in the FASU Sports Competition eligibility.

Entries should be submitted to the FASU Secretariat by email at info@africauniversitysports.com not later than 17th June 2021.
